Roxanne received her B.S. from Bowie State University in Bowie, Maryland and her MBA from Redlands University. She began her career with the University of California at UC Riverside, Extension Center (UNEX). While employed at UNEX she was the Academic Scheduling Coordinator in the Student Services Office. Before coming to UCSB she managed the administrative staff at a mental health clinic in Riverside County.
